										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rohan Prem, the Kerala Ranji Trophy captain, registered a rare triplet of batting milestones in the<br />
Ranji Trophy tie against Goa which ended at the Brabourne stadium, Mumbai.<br />
He became the first Kerala batsman to reach 4000 first-class runs when he was on 62 in the second innings.<br />
Earlier, in the same match, the left-hander emerged as the highest run-scorer in all First-Class Cricket<br />
from Kerala as he went past Sreekumar Nair&#8217;s record of 3,921 runs. during his century knock in the<br />
first innings. He followed it up with a crafty 70 in the second innings during the course of which<br />
the Thiruvananthapuram lad surpassed former Kerala skipper Sunil Oasis&#8217; record (3906 runs) of most<br />
runs in Ranji Trophy for Kerala.</p>

<p align="justify"><b>ROHAN PREM</b> has become the third Indian batsman to cross 1000 runs career milestone in Twenty/20 format (Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy), and the top run-getter.</p>
<p align="justify">Total 19 players all over India scored 1000 plus runs in BCCI senior tournament, season 2015/16 for their State team. (Ranji Trophy, Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy). Rohan Prem (1137 runs) in 5th position and won the SK Nair award for the best Cricketer of the Season and also won Kelappan Thampuran Special award for outstanding performance of the year.</p>
<p align="justify">Mr. <b>N Bijumon</b> received best Kerala Cricket Association Academy coach award from Mr. Nazir Machan, Honorary Secretary, Wayanad District Cricket Association. Mr. <b>KN Ananthapadmanabhan</b> become the first on-field Umpire from Kerala to officiate in Indian Premier League (IPL) and he received Special award from Mr. TC Mathew, President, Kerala Cricket Association.</p>
<p align="justify"><b>F Fanoos</b> (Kerala Under-19), <b>J Ananthakrishnan</b> (Kerala Under-16) received special award for the notable performance of this season 2015/16 from Mr. Ronklin John, Vice President, Kerala Cricket Association and Mr. U Manoj, Assistant Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association respectively</p>

<p align="justify">Sanju said Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) president TC Mathew had informed him and congratulated him for his selection to the Indian team. The wicketkeeper-batsman, who was unaware of his selection, said he was at a loss of words when Mathew congratulated him.</p>
<p align="justify">The young cricketer was all praise for Kerala Cricket Association for giving him all support throughout his cricketing career. Samson plays for Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League</p>
