Shines CC won all its matches quite comfortably in its league round in group A to qualify to the quarterfinal while Sixer’s CC earned a place by virtue of being the runner up in the same group in the S Rajesh Memorial Junior league 2018.At the same time there was no clear cut domination for any team in Group B as three of them, KSFL Tenvic CA,Karamana RC, and Muthoot Yamaha Masters CC got tied at 8 points winning two of their group matches and losing one each.KSFL Tenvic and Karamana RC qualified as winners and runner up respectively on basis of the overall run rate.

In the quarter finals Karamana RC takes on Shine CC while Sixer’s CC will meet KSFL Tenvic CA.
